Prisoners who assault their cellmates should get sent to solitary confinement in a 4x6 cell, and get nutraloaf and water 3x daily. That's pretty much the rule in Maricopa County lockup. At the end of each day, they grind up all the leftover food components into a paste, and blend it with bread dough to make "food loaf." It's for the problem cases that cannot be trusted with plastic silverware.
