I spoke with our precinct leader and active Republican worker this morning. She voted for Ron Paul to send a message. Also confided she and her husband are talking about which country to move to if this one continues on its path. Most comforting, she said she now thinks of herself as an Independent Conservative instead of a staunch Republican.
THAT is what the Romney nomination is leading to. If Reagan were here, he’d be saying, “I didn’t leave my parties. They both left me!”
Good call... I was thinking of moving to IND... but it never even crossed my mind to call it ‘Conservative IND’... That is where I am headed now ;)
