OMG, I’m stunned at those S-II numbers. That should have raised *red flags* in CVS’ computer system, immediately. It must have looked like “odd-even gas line” days back in the 70s, in their drive-thru windows.
Who was trafficking the drugs to other communities to be sold? Miami? Up North? Who traveled regularly back and forth between those communities without suspicion? Truck drive, bus route?
If every third car was involved, and refills were limited to once during a period. How many people were involved?
