I gave up on McCain when he kept scolding people for using barrys middle name (which he used 1-20) and for apologizing for rev wright attacks. I felt he didnt want to win

It's obvious, in hindsight, McCain wanted to run, merely to occupy the slot and usher in a Marxist. I'm not sure WTF they did to McCain when he was a prisoner of war, but it's obvious after this Manchurian Candidate that we ought never let a long-term prisoner of war assume any job of importance.
