PEORIA, Illinois – After a fiery homily last weekend urging the faithful to oppose [Alleged] President Obama’s “radical pro-abortion and extreme secularist agenda” at the ballot box in November, Bishop Daniel Jenky of Peoria has been hit with an IRS complaint from a national secularist lobby group.
At a gathering of Catholic men on Saturday, the Illinois prelate had slammed Obama’s mandate forcing religious employers to cover contraceptives, sterilizations, and abortion-inducing drugs. The unprecedented attack on religious freedom, he said, signaled that the president “seems intent on following a similar path” as past dictators such as Hitler, Stalin, and Otto von Bismarck.
“This fall, every practicing Catholic must vote, and must vote their Catholic consciences, or by the following fall our Catholic schools, our Catholic hospitals, our Catholic Newman Centers, all our public ministries - only excepting our church buildings – could easily be shut down,” he said.
On Thursday, the Washington-based Americans United for Separation of Church and State claimed the homily violated federal law by taking sides in a political campaign.

It was a Saturday "gathering" rather than speaking from the pulpit during Sunday services. That makes it a non-church meeting, at which he has the same right to say things about Obama that I do.

And if churches would abandon their phony, corrupting IRS designations, the pulpit could tell the whole unvarnished truth too.

‘bout time someone in the Chruch spoke up...black churches have been using the pulpit for generations...demanding their membership support Democrats...I guess that’s OK...but when a white Catholic speaks out the IRS is all over it.

Looking at your tagline I couldn’t help but wonder why you don’t want to be brought together with those that support Obama and his way of unification. After all, he and his followers love us and want this nation to be unified. If they are going to enforce it against this church, then they should enforce it against every church where the pastor says something political. But Holder won’t do that because that would be the end of black churches.
Never forget he is also a fascist.
Study what Fascism is, read about the rise of Fascism in the thirties. Familiarize yourself with the personality and psychiatric traits of Adolf Hitler.
Remember that the word "Nazi" came from the German pronounciation of the term "national socialism". Read up on what the Nazi regime did to private enterprise and individual freedom in Germany both pre-war and during the war. Educate yourself that "fascism" is on the left side of the political/ideological chart, not the right as the liberals and the media would like you to believe.
Then you will know what and who Obama is, a communist in ideology and fact....AND a fascist with an innate ruthless personality and a thinly-veiled ambition for power and control over our lives and liberties.

You’ll notice that the clip is from three years ago. But, he warned folks about Obama eight years ago. Accurately called him a marxist way back then. And was roundly mocked for it. And not just by Democrats.

No one was killed. Bismark did not seek to extinguish Catholicism in his land, but rather sought to assimilate the Polish peasants and saw International Catholicism as an enemy of the still fragile German Reich.
When the “campaign” is against the church, I think the church is allowed to speak out.
