If the State Prosecutor didn’t know about the Black Panther bounty - and the hundreds of other threats - she’s too out of touch to do her job.

Zimmerman’s off the stand now..
To: longtermmemmory
I saw that the broken nose was mentioned by the defense. Did the prosecution mention/acknowledge that injury?
To: kevcol
I see Zimmerman's attorney isn't objecting to the inane questioning. Just letting the prosecutor hang himself

I’ve never seen anything like this and I’ve sat through hundreds of bond hearings. Usually the judge reads the pc and weighs the totality of the circumstances. Ie seriousness of crime and flight risk.
To: Taffini
making bond requiest now...he’s entitled to a bond. what conditions of release...family is of short means..I wish o’mara would be alittle more bold in asking for a low bond.
$15k is asked. allow gz to leave the state. retain confidentiality. gps....

The officer on the stand made reference to the “alleged” broken nose. Zimmerman’s attorney offered him the hospital records but than turned to the prosecution table and said it was better that they had them.

In his apology, George also stated he didn’t know if Trayvon was armed or not & that he thought he was older, only little younger than him.
Any thoughts??

Here comes the decision...
To: kevcol
Zim’s attorney is questioning the investigator: do you have any evidence that conflicts with Zim’s statement that Martin started the fight? The investigator was very determined not to say “no”, but after being presented the same question four or five times, he eventually had to.

This judge has nailed it...this is a standard, run-of-the-mill case in Florida EXCEPT for the MEDIA...bond $150 K granted. End of story.
All business- no-nonsense.
