These thugs (CZARS) are behind much of the carnage going on in America and need to be stopped. A conservative Congress would ensure Romney not continue with such nonsense.

Ya think? Then why did G.W. Bush have over 30 czars himself? The previous record-holder for czars was F.D.R. at 11. Reagan had only 1 (drug czar).
