Keep our conversation Upbeat,Positive and expose them for who they are and speak only to the like minds in agreement for NEWT, ALL OTHERS IGNORE. They are not here, we can pretend we are Britt Hume who is a past master at ignoring a presidential candidate.

As per norm, you are right. The campaign is shifting, and so are the volunteers - collecting stuff and putting together an approach - wasting no more time debating sancto's supporters, or Mitt lovers, Just pushing Gingrich and his qualifications, experience, strengths to the forefront of every discussion...
they are hoping to have this in full swing by midweek... a lot of it is going to include encouragement, motivation, alot of people are very downhearted...
Delaware and NC are pretty much ground zero... DE only has 3 counties, 2 of them rural. He is working very hard there, and needs all the help he can get...
If you are the kind of person who can make phone calls those are going to be very important...
If you go to www.newt.org - they are upgrading the phone banks right now because they want to be able to handle a really big push to more than 1 state simultaneously...
