“...anyone who thinks that the country would be as bad off with Romney as with an America hating, affirmative action loving, Jew hating racist who is intent on pissing on the Constitution, promoting voter fraud while starting a race war, and intentionally driving gas prices thru the roof, then I DO question your judgement.”

Bears repeating. I truly believe that another 4 years of Obama would make the first 4 seem, to conservatives, like a walk through the tulips. Historically the second term for an American President is “free range” much as Obama has already told Russia.

Like it or not we need to buckle down and beat this Socialist, Progressive, Communist in office before he destroys our country.

I don’t like it but reality is reality. I think I’d vote for the devil himself if I thought he could beat Obama.

You my friend live in the real world.
What good are principals when your country is being destroyed?
I’m out of here, take care all!

Historically, a president's second term tends to be less ideologically pure than the first one. So, if anything, history says Obama will be pushed further to the right in his second term. I wouldn't bet on it, but we could see more episodes like him signing the extension of the Bush tax cuts with a Republican Congress to gridlock him.

I think I’d vote for the devil himself if I thought he could beat Obama.

And you don't see a problem with that mindset? Politics shouldn't be about hating people personally. It needs to be about ideology and policy goals. This "get rid of Obama at all costs" mentality is dangerous if it hurts our cause in the long run. And letting the GOP know they can ignore conservatives in a primary and win strictly through million-dollar mudslinging against good conservatives is extremely dangerous. What's worse, having one party fighting against your causes or both of them?
