“But the upside is that faced with another 4 years of Obama, Congress might get serious with him and start enforcing the checks and balances that are supposed to be there.”

Why would that happen, when his profoundly destructive policies of the past three years didn’t do it?

Congress is standing up to him a little better. Still has a long way to go. His recent budget got spiked unanimously by both parties. Congressional outrage over Obama's open mike comments for Putin were encouraging.

The courts are starting to stand up to him a little better. We will see what SCOTUS does with Obamacare. But it is encouraging to see a federal court take him to task for his recent comments.
