When he said every citizen of the world should be given the right of the 2nd Ammendment....Did you listen to the video?
I’ve been checking the responses and the comments are coming from the left on this....only of course in the negative.
It might rise the left against it but won’t help if the media doesn’t move it ...and we know how that goes.

On Easter Sunday, Newt talked about his faith and said....... “if you can hide beneath the cross, there’s nothing to be afraid of.”
Oh yes. I finally got done replying to all my pings and saw the thread about that.
That's why I like Newt. He really is a big thinker. Of course the UN wouldn't dream of including the God-given right to keep and bear arms in their Declaration of Human Rights, but this statement by Newt will force people to at least think about it.
The Framers were completely right. Every person has a natural right to use deadly force to protect life and property. The fact that most countries around the world don't recognize that right, doesn't make it any less real.
