Perhaps, but the defendant's side of this wasn't exactly championed by any media outlet, politician or celebrity, was it?
The whole affair seems like a perfect example of that old quote:
"A lie can be halfway around the world before the truth has a chance to get its pants on".
Sean Hannity is the only important media person that I know of who has championed Zimmerman. Possibly Greta has been fair. Ted Baxter has basically accepted the MSM version. Judge Pirro is clearly anti-Zimmerman.
Frankly, we don't know the truth of what happened. And based on various rules of what evidence may or may not be allowed during the trial, we probably will never know.
If George Zimmerman prevails, those with a worldview that aligns with Zimmerman's will claim justice was served. Those on the other side of the issue will claim justice was denied. If Zimmerman loses, the inverse will happen.
But at this point, Zimmerman may be the only person who will ever know exactly what went down.
