If it is legal for a bar to operate a business where gals bare it all, how can it not be legal for a house cleaning business to offer the same thing minus the liquor license?

I am curious as to how this is different from companies which offer strippers for private parties at homes and offices.

It differs because of the liquor.

There are totally nude bars in my state but they serve juice instead of alcohol.

Since they are not an alcohol establishment they allow brown bagging and charge a fee to keep it cold for you.
