As with anything, moderation is key. Sedentary lifestyles are more the problem than sugar. If the engine is hot enough it will burn anything. I punish my body at the gym and punish my liver with booze which of course breaks down to sugar.
Put another way, if I can quote the 60 min types, keep your laws off my body. I’ll take care of myself.
Agreed. Problem is, my mind is still stuck at 25, but my body and liver are staring at 50. And it is a
bitch to maintain the equilibrium when you're squeezed between those two hard facts.
