Cocoa can be used with sugar substitutes to make a decent snack....Also look into the glycemic index. Chocolate covered peanuts is a quarter of the points of rice, flour or potatoes. They use G index to regulate diabetes in Europe. Many diet plans are based on it because it helps regulate sugar,loose weight/lower sugar.

Thanks for the ideas. Can’t eat peanuts (or any nuts) either...gastro problems. Not missing much though since I never liked peanuts/peanut butter and chocolate together.
