I see what you're saying Tigerized but this pathology predates Obama. It's most certainly related to the whole welfare mentality but there are plenty of people of other races on welfare yet those teens aren't doing these things. There's something vile at work among this particular demographic and while I see many indications of it--the music, the dress styles, etc.--I don't think that any of those are the actual pathology. I was initially struck by the way the Minneapolis station didn't say a single word about the one trait all of the perpetrators share and instead focused on how bad a curfew would be. I think the real news story is and has been for at least a couple of years the fact that mobs of black teens are attacking adults of other races and no onein any position of authority is doing anything at all to put a stop to it. I agree with several posters: arm yourself and when attacked by these herds start firing. If enough people kill the thugs at the moment of attack word will get around and it will stop. Until then it's only going to get worse.

Exactly, and no one, including the right, has the courage to speak the unvarnished truth regarding the problem. Even Rush-though it's hard to blame him considering the power of the thought police in this country-dances around the edges of the problem when discussing, for instance, the fall of Detroit. It's not just liberalism-other cities which are bastions of liberalism don't have the high crime rates(though they're quickly importing them through "generous" entitlements). Liberalism does make use of it though.
