Peruvian Hispanics probably make up less than 5% of the Hispanic population in America. The rest are overwhelmingly of Puerto Rican, Cuban, or Central American descent.
But nevertheless they are Hispanic in culture. 90% of the Negroes in this country think they are owed something from the Caucasians and other cultural groups like Hispanics, Chinese, Japanese and in particularly anyone they can con with their racist bullsh-t.
