Zimmerman had as much right to follow Trayvon as Trayvon had to walk wherever he wanted around the complex.
It is likely, though I have no proof, that after Trayvon questions Zimmerman, then Zimmerman questions back—Trayvon threw the first punch or shoved.
Zimmerman knew the police were on the way, it doesn’t make sense he would have shoved or hit Trayvon.
If Trayvon was frightened of Zimmerman following him, Trayvon could have called 911, he had a phone on him. He didn’t.
Why didn't Martin simple run to his house and call the cops.
A lot of people are saying Zimmerman did this and that. What did Martin do and what didn't he do.
I think you need to read a few more articles about what "really happened" in the incident. It is a tragedy that the 17 year old is dead. FACT. The police report and the eye witnesses will testify in the trial if it ever gets that far. This will not be tried in the press, except in the minds of the MSM and the turkeys who are trying to promoted race hatred for political causes.
There is evidence that Zimmerman was on his back with Treyvon beating him before he pulled the gun and shot him. The 17 year old is not as pictured in the media, he was 6'2" tall and weighed 160 lbs. This will eventually be revealed, but the Dems, MSM and race pimps are playing this to the hilt.

Got a few things wrong don't you? For one Zimmerman didn't "run upon" Martin. He lost sight of him and was returning to his truck. 911 tapes confirm this. The kid followed him and attacked him, that isn't "standing his ground" or self defense, it is assault.
Regardless of whether he was pissed off or not, the kid had no business, or reason, to attack Zimmerman. Zimmerman is the one who had the right to self defense, not the kid, since the kid was the attacker, without cause BTW.

In America, it is legal for someone to ask you what you are doing. And it is legal to reply, “None of your business”.

Zimmerman had ceased following Tray-Vawn and was walking back to his SUV when Tray-Vawn blind-sided him.

Zimmerman was done. He was walking back to his truck. The kid jumped him. That's what the witnesses say. That's what the cops think. And that is why Zimmerman has not been arrested, or charged.
So in your version (Zimmerman)....ran up on him and began the actions that resulted in shooting and a death.
You are 180 degrees out. Zimmerman was going the other way when the kid ran up on him. The kid was 100 feet from his residence. He could have simply gone in. Had he done so he would still be with us. Instead the kid decked Zimmerman, the smaller man, was pounding him into the ground with his fists, and THEN got shot while Zimmerman was screaming for help. The survivor of the encounter says this. The witnesses say this. The 911 call corroborates this.
BTW, the MSM is calling Zimmerman, "A White Hispanic" the first use of that term in English, never mind journalism. Makes about as much sense as calling Obama a "White Negro."
Zimmerman was conducting surveillance on private property; doing a job he was elected by his neighbors to do. Yup. He might be a real jerk. But since neither do we try, nor convict people in the press, we'll just have to wait and see if he goes to trial. Until that point all we know is what you read in the papers and what I read in the police report. Perhaps we should switch?
