Actually, it's worse than that. US Senate two-thirds vote, not court room, is the relevant standard.

Every single time on every single issue you choose to take 0bama's side. Even when you choose what you yourself admit to as a credible witness you find a way to spin it in 0bama's favor.

I look at things objectively. There's a reason that, before Sheriff Joe, no respectable Republicans have been on board the Birther Express. It's because you really do have to have the goods on him. You can't just make up stuff that might be true and expect it to stick.

He's going to have to be ousted at the ballot box for his policies, not legal technicalities. There are no magic bullets.

There is nothing objective about single mindedly taking 0bama's side no matter what the issue no matter what the context. But you did manage to create another misdirection and insinuate that I was arguing about what would or wouldn't work to legally remove 0bama.
