It is safe to say that attempting to use the law on someone who operates outside of it, and furthermore has the DOJ in his corner, is very difficult.

IMNSVHO, Sheriff Joe has established enough uncertainty to have the AZ AG remove Obama from the AZ Ballot. That of course, would be the man's job. That is, he is paid for, among other things, to establish candidates' eligibility to run for office.
