Only news and emergency information is “REQUIRED” - not talk radio or opinion radio.
That’s definitely a liberal statement. They want everybody to be “equal” .. NOT POSSIBLE.
I know this because I worked for a radio/TV complex in Oregon; however, the FCC is a political appointment and they can make up some really stupid rules.
Well know Communist Jane Fonda is also demanding the FCC kick Rush off the air. But that’s what Communists do to dissenting opinions. Even Barack Obama called dissenters tea-baggers.
