My city, Edmonton, processes most of that stuff already.

As far as I know, the water that goes back into the river, as it leaves the city, is cleaner than what the goes into the city.

Remarkable technology.

Gentlemen, You don’t understand, we don’t need the posphate for food. With mandatory contraception, followed by government paid abortions (up to and including post partum) and euthenasia; the US population will be reduced to the point where very little food will be needed, except by the illegal aliens from central and south america, who take care of our gardens any how. That is the goal of the new soviet socialist state of obamarica.

You can buy dishwasher detergent with phosphates at janitor and restaurant supply stores.

I get mine at GFS Marketplace in Clearwater.

You’re not burning the phosphate content for fuel. Recycle it from the last batch to the next batch of algae. The real limitation is the energy content of sunlight, which is too low for solar power via any direct or indirect (eg. algae) to meet all our needs.

Thanks for the ping. I am glad to see some criticism of the biofuels crusade.
