1. The whole contraception issue is a red herring deliberately designed to deflect the publics attention from the real issues in this campaign, specifically the regimes destruction of our prosperity through reckless fiscal policy, a horrible energy policy, the emasculation of our military, and finally their attempts to cement their political power in perpetuity by transfer of wealth from the few productive areas left in our economy to the democrats traditional unproductive voting blocs, and;
Agree completely. The contraception issue is definitely manufactured to distract campaigns and deflect attention. They are just trying to scare young folks into voting liberal.
I heard somebody on the radio the other day claiming that under a Santorum or Gingrich administration, they would try and stop you from going into a store and buying condoms. It's ridiculous the lies they cook up to try and scare the gullible. We should have saw this coming back in January when Stephie grilled Romney over this. Stephie came out with a couple of reasons about why he asked it, but in hindsight he's covering his butt - the Obama administration and the MSM were looking to cook up a fake issue that would be very divisive and very distracting, and they've succeeded.
It pisses me of off - they will probably succeed in convincing many younger voters that we mean old Republicans want to ban all contraception.

It’s another long-standing play from the democrat playbook; scare voters with lies. It worked against Goldwater in 1964. They tried it against Reagan in 1980 when I was in college. The number of fellow college students who bought the lie that Reagan would draft them and send them off to war was staggering.
We already had dingy harry reid talking about mean old Republicans wanting to poison the air and water. They will always resort to the usual lies about Republicans wanting grandma to survive on cat food.
But the real whopper to come is that Republicans want to steal babies, which of course is pure projection.
