Social workers believe that the government should take care of everyone. Keeps their jobs safe. Of course i would not be surprised if there was an order from higher up to get as many people as possible into disability in order to shrink the labor force in order to mask the unemployment problem.

Even if he was turned in, they would do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, Consider this, about HALF of The POLICE OFFICERS in California retire on a DISABILITY PENSION , and most if not all is outright FRAUDULENT, because they can, they then go right back to work as a consultant or other such job with regards to security. Their pension is now Tax Free and they are working to boot. ABOLISH ALL TAXPAYER FUNDED PENSIONS, these scumbags are not SPECIAL, they Deserve Nothing more than what Social Security would pay them, if that.

You got it. At some point over the past 40 or 50 years, the idea that you have to support yourself went right out the window. The shame associated with taking a handout vanished and was replaced by a sense of entitlement to the handout.
What we have is a class of people who want to keep the free ride going. They ran out of unemployment so now they are filing for disability. Have you seen the life of someone on disability? Its pretty frickin miserable. But for a lot of people, its an acceptable trade-off for not having to work. They sit on the couch, watch TV all day and collect a check and foodstamps to survive. They do this day after day after day. Oh, and some get free internet so they play around on the internet too. Just sitting there waiting to die; no ambition to do anything with their lives other than collect a check for sitting on their asses.
As a retiree on essentially a fixed income, I’m doubly screwed. All these govt benefits create demand from the recipients for things I purchase, keeping the price up. Without that, a lot of things would be cheaper.
