The 2nd Amendment is why Mr. Obama or his ilk don’t try that here. The only reason, really.

And with Russia coming out and supporting Assad, I wonder where this could lead. Syria is no Libya.
Does anybody in the US State Department know what they are doing?

This rumor was posted before. The Commander of the Quds force is in Syria helping the regime. This is known. He MAY have brought some cadre from the Quds force with him. The size of the ENTIRE Quds force is 15,000, and it's unlikely he brought the whole force with him, as they are needed to maintain the regime in Iran.

That said, the Syria unrest is between the ruling Shiites (supported by Iran) and the majority-Sunni populace (stirred up by the Muslim Brotherhood and al-Queda). If the US had any sense, we would stay out of this.

Au contraire! Sell weapons to both sides! Win-win!

What - and miss out helping to bring peaceful freedom to this part of the world like Egypt now enjoys? Plus, we might just confirm that Saddam’s WMDs made it to Syria.

zer0 would have every asset he could muster to kill Americans.
Democrat Governors and their:
State Guards, State Police, Sheriffs, City, Town and village Cops.
Take notice, your local cop dresses and acts like He's a Navy Seal. Peace Keeper?
LA and other cities have war rooms, aircraft, assault vehicles, Peace Makers?
All this and more to crush the citizen.

And is Zero off the golf course yet, so he can give this his full attention?

Fortunately it sounds like Israel isn’t playing footsie with the Islamic thugs. The US will do nothing, but at some point, and probably in the near future, Israel will demolish Iran’s nuclear weapons program. I read yesterday at WND that Iran has completed the component of a nuclear bomb trigger and is working two weaponize two warheads with nuclear payloads,

The enemies of America know that we have an unqualified poser as the leader of the country and are acting to quickly to take advantage of his weakness and incompetence before the end of the year.

People think we are paying the consequences of electing the Fraud now, the damage inflicted so far may be a picnic compared too what might be coming..

Do you trust the USA news media to give the true objective slant on anything whether it be foreign matters or US politics? Sorry for the believers, I don’t.

They are the equivalent of General Motors marketing giving the objective slant on Toyota. They have an agenda.

As a kid I can remember hearing about Soviet Pravda being touted as the PR arm of the Communists that keeps the Soviets coerced. I couldn’t understand it then but I do now. I see us as a nation in a pathetic state where we should not trust either our government or our media, because they will both sell us BS to advance the few.

Obama wants a reason to get us into another war so he can be reelected. Trump recognized it. So do I.

Misinformation and propaganda have become the official arm of the US government.

I’m surprised they think the the US president would allow them to get away with that...

Oh, wait a minute.

The 2nd Amendment? Oh, yeah, that was somewhere in that old outdated US Constitution. Naw, we trashed that thing a while back. Didn’t need it with King Hussein making all the laws by himself.

"If the US had any sense, we would stay out of this."

Are you series? This puts those Iranians right next door to Isreal and Obama will probably lead from behind with you and Ron Paul cheering. This could be a signal they've got their "bomb" and are daring anyone in the world to challenge this intrusion into another countries civil war.

If the US had any sense, we would stay out of this.

This is an easy one to stay out of if you don't have an agenda to further screw up our miliary,

We have the Assad Alawites fighting the Sunni Muslims in Syria.
On the Alawite (Assad) side is Iran, Russia, and China.'
On the Sunni side is Al Qaeda, Saudi Arabia and our State Dept.
The Christians in Syria are a minority like the Assad Alawites, and support Assad.
If Assad falls, the Christians and Alawites will be severely punished by the majority Sunnis just like the Copts(Christians) in Egypt.
If Assad survives, Iran's hand and Hizbolla are strengthened in that area. -Tom

Well this puts the US and NATO in a pickle if they had any intentions of using force in Syria. Can’t do it now without risking starting something with Iran.

There has been a long term rationale that local police have a mission of serving and protecting the US citizens. The military had a mission of killing enemies, and the CONSTITUTIONAL goal was to keep them both separate, and the military and CIA outside of the USA affairs, and the FBI and police inside the USA. I agree totally with that concept.

It bothers me enormously that the GOP recently voted to give local police the power to have surveillance drones to protect us from ourselves. They need to forget the spying drones as we can protect our families from others, but not from a corrupt prying government that can use billions in taxes to spend paying for their armaments.

As if the slaughtering of citizens couldn’t get any worse. This will be tenfold. Foreign troops will not discriminate nor care about the deaths of people to whom they are not accountable.

It will help the Shiite Iranians to know their killing Sunnis. Just like it was in the Iran Iraq war. - tom
