We will; we can’t imagine life without elevation changes.
Last year after driving Route 66 I took the family and puppy to Griffith Park on a tuesday morning about 9 oclock.
NO one within a half mile of us so I let the pup off the leash for about two minutes and all of a sudden this little park cop with an attitude came at full gallop in his shiney little cop car running at full speed to where we were he came to a sliding stop, jumped out and started writing a couple hundred dollar ticket for having a dog off the leash.
Glad I left Calif 35 years ago.
Why do they allow anyone on the beach at all?

plus the sand may even contain a few parts

Yes. And those crimes committed by poor people are going to require public paid public defenders.
Easier just to shake down the middle class.
