Can you understand a judge that was prepared to give the plaintiffs everything they wanted? All they had to do was say “yes” and victory was theirs. If this was rigged why did he offer the default judgment?

There's no proof this judge was ever actually going to follow through. He could have just as easily decided to cite "Arkeny" and make excuses for the Kenyan coward without every holding a hearing. He was probably just trying to save himself the effort of having to make up excuses not to follow actual legal precedent.

The Secretary of State would have been glad to strike Obama from the ballot as long as he didn’t have to take a politically-incorrect stance to do so.
