Well, your post reminds me of the comparison of two men who share the same top three values: Family, work, health.
However, one prioritizes them health, work, family, while the other prioritizes them family, work, health. The differences between these two men’s lives would be huge.
IOW, saying women are encouraged to have children and careers is basically saying thay are not quite like the teaching of Islam, but similar.
Mormonism is pretty clear about where women fit in. It is why it is polygamous. The idea is that a man becomes the God of a planet, just as Jesus has for this one (and his “father” before him) and then he has multiple wives with whom the man has “spiritual sex” to create billions of spirit babies which then occupy the human babies actually born on the world.
That is at the 30,000 foot level, but you get the gist.
