Could be a bit of a thorny legal problem here —
If ‘unemployment’ is equated with ‘not working’, and ‘working’ is not the first descriptive term that comes to mind regarding city drones, then aren’t they, by definition, unemployed??
Apparently DC does not define ‘unemployed’ the same as the real world.
Their definition seems to center around ‘receiving money’, whether you worked for it or not.
That way, drug dealers and prostitutes are covered............theoretically......
