The horrible part is that the same thing went on in Vietnam. I saw instances of battles where we had our heads handed to us reported up the chain of command as victories. It's evident we've learned nothing in 40 years.

Mr. HokieMom (HokieDad) says the same thing. The mission is noble to kill the enemy and protect our nation. We want to do the best we can by our men and women in uniform. It appears we are failing them once again.
