I don't actually believe it would help, but I would require Judges to speak these words when they take their offices, "I pledge my life, my fortune, and my sacred honor to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States, and may God strike me down if I do not."

But what the heck, sacred honor means nothing to some people anyway.
