Hey dummy, when Obama appointed Cordray, the Senate wasn’t in recess. We weren’t complaining about a recess appointment, it’s that he made a recess appointment when there wasn’t recess.
Uh...DUH...I know that...they were in pro forma sessions. You are apparently too obtuse to get my point. PERHAPS I should have put "recess" in quotes for you so that you would understand that I was saying some future GOP president will make a "RECESS" (get it now?) appointment when the dim senate is in pro forma session. And when they do that...if you don't think there will be some on here that will cheer because dims are getting a taste of their own medicine...regardless of how unconstitutional it is...well...hopefully you get the point.
