Actually the Royal navy is the home of surrender in the modern era. The Iranians kicked their ass with a motor launch, in sight of their ship. The French navy has been tough on pirates. And the Indians are the most harsh.
Would that be the same Iranians who suffered a giant fire and massive explosion in their favorite cruise-missile production facility a few months later? No telling what happened, of course ..... but somehow I like to think the Special Boat Service had something to do with that.
