Agreed - but if he just says - hey look I don’t have time to waste on this, just withdrawal out application and the suit won’t go forward. Then he gets out in front of it and can bury it on page 20 in a few weeks.
Maybe, but it will still raise plenty of eyebrows and get people who put the issue out of their minds asking questions again.
