What I don't understand about all this is. It seems like just a few weeks ago the Judge told Perry it would be helpful if he got the other candidates to enjoin with him, HE DID and they did.

What was the point of the Judge telling Perry to do that, IF he was going to rule this way in the end. Stalling for time to run out????
