Same here. It’s too bad it didn’t come with at least one extra magazine.

Must be a marketing thing so they can list the price of the guns 20 bucks cheaper. KelTec does the same thing. My P-11 only came with 1 mag.

The place where I bought mine told me that they had a hard time getting those pistols in and that they are flying out the doors as fast as they come in. I guess that will make getting extra magazines a lot harder.

I’ve taken several liberal friends shooting. One even ended up buying a pistol and joining the NRA!
I figure it does more good than hours of debate.
Pretty much anyone can pretty quickly figure out that a ‘gun’ is an inanimate object, a mere tool.
In short, take a lib shooting; it’s WAY more fun, far more effective and of much greater value than thousands of lines of bitching here.

Just bought a pistol for my wife throught Gallery of Guns this morning, here in California.
Had to order it online, and pay a deposit. When the pistol gets to my local dealer (hopefully by Wed.) I will be able to start my 10 day wait.
I remember my old man getting shotguns delivered to our doorstep C.O.D. when I was a kid.... (for all you young ones out there COD stands for cash on delivery)
Yep he didn’t even pay for them till they got to his doorstep... times sure have changed here in Kalifornia.

The libs will probably have a field day with this story,
claiming that it shows how a person can buy a gun on-line.
It is important to explain that this person DID NOT buy a gun on line.
This person simply SELECTED a gun from an on line catalog
and had it reserved or delivered to a licensed FFL dealer.
This person then went to the dealer and filled out the necessary paperwork to purchase the gun.

A good friend and handgun collector in PA finds the 1911 platform appealing.
This shot was taken over a year ago:
A couple of those full house custom 1911s went for over $6k.

I bought a box of ammo in Iowa with only a drivers license. No DL necessary in AZ unless you look like you could be under 18.

LC9 magazines are available on the Ruger website. Prices + shipping is about what you'll pay retail in a gun store (if you could find them).

I think I saw that shot on a gun web site.

The one-page Virginia state asked the same questions more briefly. So, whats the point?

Being left-handed there are no downsides to semi-autos. Everything that’s important is ambidextrous now. And you can learn to use your index finger to hit the slide release. That’s where it should be before going for the trigger anyway.

I remember doing that in CA, or at least my step-dad did it. I was about 15 then and I am 69 now(soon to be 70). I also remember him ordering my, and my brother's, first rifle through the mail(Monkey Ward specials), A win model 94 .32 Special for my brother and a .22 JC Higgins for me.
Crime was no higher then(probably less)than it is now but as soon as Kennedy was shot mail order firearms ended. Did it stop crime or even slow it down? Nope, but the stupid laws are still in effect.

This 1943 Remington Rand 1911A1 (formerly property of uncle sam) cost me a whopping 20 bucks some years back. Cost more for the set of Micro Sights and Pachmayr grips than for the handgun.

The same way things are done in Missouri, no DL, no FOID, just cash and carry.
