GREER, S.C.—Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney on Thursday insisted he is "pro-life" and said he's raising the issue on the campaign trail to counter his rivals' attacks.

"I understand that there are some attack ads coming my way that question" his commitment to life, Romney told reporters gathered at a motorcycle dealership in Greer, S.C. "Obviously it's important for me to remind people that I'm pro-life."

Like Palin and Limbaugh says. He will be the easiest GOP candidate to beat and that’s why Karl Rove and company want him. They hate conservatives. Liberals love him because Obama will beat him like a drum in a general election. Their positions are identical. When a pro-abort, pro-homo marriage, pro-socialized medicine candidate is the standard bearer of the Republican Party, the party should be dissolved. We have became a one party system in this country. No difference at all in the two parties if the Rove wing of the party gets their liberal pal the nomination. Do the sheeple never learn anything from history. This character is 1000 times worse than the last liberal RINO to run, Juan Valdez Kennedy-Feingold McShame, and he was destroyed by a two-bit paper-hanging ward politician from Chicago who never held a job in his life. Get ready for 12 more years of socialism in America, and possibly the fall of America from being a super power if Romney gets the GOP nomination.

4 more years of Hussein Obama and 8 years of Shillary Clinton.

How does a man for the first 60 years of his life be completely pro abortion even as to installing $50 discount abortions during his lone term as governor THEN say, “guess what, I’m now pro life” when he need Christians to be elected president?

People don't seem to bring religious convictions to the voting booth with them in NH...for example, 45% of 'pro-death' Romney's (Mormon) vote came from NH Catholics, whereas only 6% of 'pro-life' Santorum's (Catholic) vote came from Catholics. At the same time; Santorum claimed 45% of voters who thought abortion was the most important issue.

I am not Catholic, but I have never or would ever vote for anyone who is 'pro-choice'; regardless of circumstance. (For example, I did NOT vote in my 2010 Congressional race, since both candidates were 'pro-death'.)
