WHERE exactly were these jobs created? How many of these numbers reflect the seasonal Christmas hiring?

A shrinking workforce is part of the reason for the decreasing unemployment rate, plus, I suspect, special sauce being used by BLS. As others have stated, the numbers will be managed to show an improving economy and help Obama. The Ministry of Truth will issue regular updates.

I just finished the paperwork for one of husseins stimulus money projects, American Recovery Act or some such nonsense.
According to the forms I “created” quite a few jobs. Of course they only lasted a month and they are all laid off now but it looked pretty impressive on paper.
Smoke and mirrors.

If you look at the report it was in manufacturing, transportation/warehousing and as usual health care. The BLS does make adjustments for seasonal hirings.

Another thing I don’t get, if the average number of hours worked per week is still edging up, why would hiring increase by so much?

Job gains were Couriers 42,000 and Retail 28,000, making them the top industry groups for job gains.
Kind of makes me wonder if shrinking the workforce more can compensate for the decreases these industry groups will see in this months numbers.

The establishment is starting to early with the fudging. They may peak to early to help Bammy.

From now until the election the official reported numbers for jobs and economy will keep ticking up... Perception equals reality....
Did they use the number of Unemployment Benefit Claims spin again?
