He picks and chooses and twists the Constitution to fit whatever the whim is of the day. In many cases, he overtly rejects parts of the Constitution. Just because he uses the word over and over, doesn't mean he has a clue about it. He reminds me of college kids wearing Che shirts talking about all they think Che stood for.
