Ron Paul is 76 years-old and appears to be in good physical health. However, his speech is disjointed, halting and in some cases impulsive rather than reflective.
Almost like a lawn mower that takes more than a few pulls to start.
I’m not saying he needs a new battery - and I’m not saying he’s out of gas. But I am saying his cylinders are misfiring.
