This is where Bachmann has hurt herself before. She's trying too hard to find some issue to zap an opponent with, and she often makes a very flimsy case.
I think she was saying here that Newt had supported some Republican congressional candidates who favored some pro-choice issues; she was condemning him for not opposing any Republican who favored any pro-choice position at all, probably even if they were the only Republican with a chance of winning a race.
