Well, I think we the tea party should work our butts off next year to ensure Obama is voted out and that we retake the senate and increase our majority in the house and continue taking over state and local governments all across this great land.
Amen. I was just emailing my state congress critter, reminding him that most of the folks that show up at his open houses are TEA party folks and we elected him.
He beat a 14 year demonRAT by 100 votes in W PA in a district that had been demonRAT since before I started even watching politics in the 1950s.
We are trying to get school vouchers and Voter ID and a few other things passed and he knows we are watching and emailing and donating and phone calling and voting and we ain't going to sleep and let "our critters" alone.
I've written more emails to my guy than I ever did to the demonRAT because I knew that the demonRAT didn't care about me, because he thought he was untouchable.
My demonRAT guy played 2nd base for my Little League Team back in the 70s and he has come to my house several times since he got his hat handed to him, vowing to "listen" to the voters if we give him another opportunity.
He is a recovering demonRAT, but I still can't trust him, because given a hard choice, his RAT party will always win over his "principles".
Newt sold out every campaign promise he made in 1994. Newt is the reason conservatism is the state it is in. If Newt had simply froze spending as Speaker...then W would have had to follow and we would not be even close to where we are now.(and Obama would not be POTUS)
Newt killed the Reagan Revolution and he ushered in an era of HUGE government. (starting with him ILLEGALLY busting the spending Caps in 96,97,98). Newt takes Socialist positions on every spending issue.
