Per the tenth amendment. All powers not delegated to the federal government by the constitution are reserved to the states and the PEOPLE. The people have a much better chance of controlling their state and local governments than they do the feds.And I believe both Paul and Bachmann... and Perry support the constitution AND the tenth amendment.
Nothing wrong with returning all these functions to the states and the people. It’s what the founders intended and what the federales usurped and stole from us since the 1913 progressive coup de tat.
