Yes, only Newt has Reagan’s experience to refer to.
He knows not to agree to tax hikes AND spending cuts, because the cuts will never come and the tax hikes are immediate.

a look at Gingrich's record reveals a number of instances of poor judgment.
I don't recall the same for Reagan.
In fact I see little similarity between the two.
