Fence is a stupid idea anyway. Put troops on the border with drones and satellite surveilance.
I have a couple of ideas about illegals......
1) Make Mexico a state. Think of the positives.
or
2) Secure the borders in lock down mode. Give the current illegals two weeks to leave the US because after that no one will return to Mexico unless they are US citizens.
