The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Tuesday shows that 25% of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as president. Forty percent (40%) Strongly Disapprove, giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -15

So he bumped down from his +1 from yesterday. Will be interesting to see where it goes over the next few days. I continue to believe that his current fade from the limelight has helped his numbers.

You can't use Real Estate as collateral for a bank loan. You either have to have cash or something liquid to borrow money and if you did why would you borrow money?
