Well he definitely is rebounding off the dismal numbers during summer. The question remains in the battleground States of FL, OH, VA, NV, NC, CO and IN. I suspect that much of his support is confined to blue States and urban areas.
He rebounded, but could just as easily tank again, I have to keep reminding myself of that.
