Did 911 respond to ANY other calls during that timeframe?
A government agency can’t discriminate against anyone/group based on political beliefs. First Amendment.
The 4-3 decision says they hold no liability for not responding to a citizen’s call for protection.
This would be considered “precedent”. So, inherently, it’s the citizen’s responsibility to protect themselves, though the gov’t wouldn’t want to allow that either.
