HOPEFULLY, it was the “Darlin” that did it. If that’s the case, then the women and Dearce are morons, or at least Mennonites without a brain.
Now, I apoligize in advance, but I think there’s one other way these women could have taken what Cain said in a “sexual” manner. If they understood it in this way, then these women are flat out skanks (pardon my language), because you’d have to have a pretty filthy mind to have this meaning pop up first.

Monica gives Bill an HJ (which apparantally isn’t sex), aims at the cup of coffee/tea and “doctors” it with milk/sugar, for Bill to drink to go along with that famous cigar.
