How do they craft the law such that white people can’t get food stamps?

I grew up around what could charitably be called the "white trash" parts of town. Hate to break it to you, but there are a whole lot of white people there wearing out their SNAP cards every month. Numerically more than black people. We can't point our finger at them because when you go to these white trash neighborhoods all the same stuff is going on.

I was more referring to the 0bama administration’s demonstrated propensity for crafting programs specifically targeted to benefit favored demographics.
